Story Baseline of House of the Dragon

This web show is basically inspired from the novel, ‘Fire & Blood’, which is written by George R.R. Martin. This novel is describe the story and origin of the famous web show, ‘Game of Thrones’. Viserys Targaryen, the evil ruler who should choose a main beneficiary of his lofty position, is acquainted with us in Episode One.

Aegon the Conqueror, the principal Aegon Targaryen, who rejoined Westeros, as well as Daenerys Targaryen’s all’s definitive defeat in the Game of Thrones season finale are around mostly up the genealogical record, where House of the Dragon lands. The first episode of House of the Dragon sets up the events that take place during the Dance of Dragons, a time when the Targaryens have been torn apart over succession and engaged in a bloody civil war.

The Faith Militant Uprising, which lasted for several years before the start of the show, came to a stop only after the harsh Maegor I, the reigning monarch, inexplicably passed away. The main enduring child of the past lord, Jaehaerys I, appointed to the high position after his passing.

However, the succession is unclear due to the previous generation’s instability. To select the next successor, Jaehaerys calls a council at the beginning of House of Dragons. Viserys, his grandson, and Rhaenys, his granddaughter/grandniece, are the two Targaryens who have the strongest claim to the throne. The two of them have an equivalent right to the lofty position since they are the two his grandchildren. However, because Westeros has never had a queen as its king, Viserys is chosen by the assembly to take over as Viserys I.

Rhaenys, often known as “the Queen that Never Was,” is a beloved member of the royal line, and many people continue to declare their allegiance to her and her offspring. The next in line to the throne is Viserys’ brother Daemon until he can deliver a successor or until the court rules that it is acceptable for a woman to rule. However, Daemon isn’t exactly a well-liked option.
